A fairytale wedding in Bracciano
Morgan and Philippe, a young couple from Dubai, decided to have a destination wedding in Italy as they thought it was one of the most romantic countries in the world.
They wanted a traditional wedding in Rome with a twist of modern touches and a wedding celebration that would last 3 days! 270 family and friends from the 4 corners of the world were expected to attend this event.
For their wedding day, they chose the enchanting town of Bracciano, -a few Km away from Rome- with its magnificent medieval Castle of Orsini-Odescalchi (the same one that hosted the wedding of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes).
The ceremony occurred in the medieval church linked to the castle by a secret tunnel. The palette of colors was soft orange, ivory, and peach. At the end of the ceremony, the guests attended a lavish cocktail in the castle's front court with a breathtaking view of the lake. Finally, a sumptuous buffet of Italian specialties was served in the secret garden under the refreshing shade of Cedars from Lebanon.
The cutting of the cake was set in the spectacular courtyard surrounded by magnificent arches and accompanied by a fantastic firework display. The party kicked off with Morgan's and Philippe's first dance. At midnight, the wood fire oven was lit in the centuries-old kitchen, and pizzas were cooked in front of the entertained.
