A romantic celebration in the Castle of Odescalchi
Sara is Lebanese/ Moroccan and Shahin Iranian-born. This lovely couple from Dubai decided to tie the knot in Italy, a country they both knew very well and loved.
When they contacted us to plan their dream wedding, they had already their mind-set on Rome to host their event but had no idea of what their ideal venue would be. I sat with the young couple to know their stories and understand their wishes. They were looking for a sumptuous and unique location with a great view and a wow factor. While listening to them, I immediately imagined which place would be perfect for celebrating their love story: The Odescalchi castle.
This majestic Renaissance castle, just 50 minutes away from Rome, is set over Bracciano, a small hilltop town, with spectacular views over the lake below and has hosted several high-profile weddings like the ones of Martin Scorsese and Isabella Rossellini as well as Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. It immediately captured Sara and Shahin’s heart and eyes.
